 Rajesh Kumar Gupta, Founder & CFO

Rajesh Kumar Gupta possesses nearly 35 years of extensive experience in the accounting field, for the past three decades. His expertise encompasses a wide range of services, including bookkeeping, the preparation and finalization of financial statements, GST returns, and comprehensive financial consultancy. Additionally, he provides management reports on accounts receivable, facilitates term loans and working capital solutions, and engages in bank audits, investigations, and due diligence.            

Mr.Gupta's esteemed clientele comprises corporations, firms, banks, government enterprises, trusts, charitable and educational institutions, as well as several prominent individuals. He has also played a pivotal role in assisting numerous clients with debt acquisition and the effective management of their equity.

Vandana Sharda, Co-founder & CEO

Vandana Sharda is a management graduate, a distinguished woman entrepreneur, and the visionary founder behind three successful companies. With over 18 years of expertise in financial consultancy, she has established herself as a trusted leader in the industry. Her extensive professional background spans mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and startup funding, showcasing her multifaceted skill set and strategic acumen.
